I use a diverse multi-dimensional approach which includes several therapeutic disciplines that includes MBSR, CBT, Motivational Interviewing and Narrative Therapy. Along with my background in mindfulness, personal training and business management. We work together in creating reasonable and sustainable steps toward 360° wellness at your pace.

Couples counseling

I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and psychotherapist with a passion for helping couples deepen connection, repair trust, and communicate with intention. My approach is holistic: I bring together my training as a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) instructor, certified personal trainer, and nutritionist to support you from all angles—emotionally, mentally, and physically.

Relationships are complex, living systems. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for each partner to explore their personal challenges—old wounds, communication patterns, unmet needs—and how those may be shaping the dynamics of the relationship today. Healing starts with understanding, and understanding starts with awareness.

I often think of Khalil Gibran’s words on love: "Let there be spaces in your togetherness, and let the winds of the heavens dance between you." Like two sides of a river, partners need both connection and individuality. In our work, we’ll honor both—cultivating closeness without losing the self.
